This heavy duty utility belt looks like a good deal for the money. The buckle is strong and feels secure when clasped. A wide array of pouches are included and come installed on the belt so it the base configuration is what you need all you have to do is adjust the waist size and you are good to go.Not sure that I understand the inner belt. I am thinking it allows you to thread it through some of your belt loops to attach the outer to for some stability?I’ll probably swap out one or two of the pouches for a holster as I plan to use this as a range belt for classes that require holster / magazine pouches out side the waist band on a belt.

For the price, this is actually not as bad as I thought it would be. I think the belt itself is pretty decent and worth the price. The attachments for the belt are pretty low quality, but they would be fine for airsoft or something similar. I wouldn’t use them if this belt was for actual work in the military or law enforcement field, but the belt works great for me as a backup for the shooting range so I don’t ruin my real setup while training.
