Given the price the Ninja really delivers on a budget. It’s extremely functional and gets the job done. I carried it for work as an Electrician loading all sorts of tools and it held up to a lot of abuse. I was constantly dropping Lineman Pliers, Insulated Drivers, etc… into the internal pockets and it held up reasonable well. The organization is respectable and it can carry a hearty amount of gear for its build quality. It sucks in hot temperatures and the comfort and yoke system blow…but again, this is a $35 budget backpack. I upgraded to a Mystery Ranch District 24 which isn’t even a fair comparison. My advice, BUY this pack. It’s not exceptional but it gets the job done. You’ll either love it for a year or a lifetime and even if you get six months out of it you’ll be satisfied with your purchase.

This pack is just about perfect for my needs.I’ve been fighting with a too-small daypack for too long now. This item is a bit roomier, with more pockets to organize my stuff in, and the pockets are a good size for commuting back and forth to work or going out on a day hike. I don’t go anywhere without a first aid kit and something to write on as well as a few other indispensable items. Outer side pocket is large enough for a Nalgene water bottle or a thermos, and you can easily carry two more thermos bottles inside the pack with room left over for a jacket and such. The straps are very comfortable on my shoulders even with the weight of two full thermos bottles. I like the molle loops that let you add additional storage pouches (for binoculars, for example) if you feel the need. The material is stout and the zippers are also beefy. My only complaint, which I believe will go away over time is that the material is so stiff that it’s sometimes a bit hard to pull the zippers up and down. I’d rather have it stout than flimsy and this is obviously such a minor concern it hasn’t affected my rating. I believe the problem will disappear when the material softens up with use.

I was searching for a budget freindly day bag to take with me in the car and on hikes and came across this one. I ordered it after reading the reviews and was extremely happy with the quality! The seems and straps are very secure and do not feel like they will tear easily. It has plenty of small storage compartments and I love that is has the zippered pockets in the main compartment to help section things out.I took this bag on a 2 hour hike and it was comfortable the whole time. The only downside to this bag for me is that the water bottle holder is a bit small for the bottle I have. I use a TAL from Walmart (I think it is the 40 ounce bottle) and it is an extremely tight squeeze. On one hand it is nice because the bottle will not fall out easily, but you also have to really force it in there. A draw string with a bigger holder would be nice. All things said, I would definitely purchase this again.
