I am so incredibly THRILLED to have found this bag! There were several things that I really wanted 1) Hydration bladder pocket 2) Conformable straps 3) waist straps. However these waist straps have an option to tuck them into the back so if you didn’t want to actually use the straps you don’t have them dangling awkwardly. The bag feels like it’s excellent quality and pretty durable too and the straps feel like the bag was MADE for me! So many other hydration backpack bags just seemed way to small and when the chest clip was clipped it would pull the straps in awkwardly and would cause chaffing. But these straps feel soft and plush and from what I can tell won’t cause any issues. I ordered an insulated bag to keep the water bladder in as that was the only thing those other bags had that this does not. I’m super excited to take this out on a hike and will likly by another to keep in my car as a get home bag.

Bag is nice and well constructed…but I question the 40L spec. I have other 40L backpacks that can hold a lot more than this one. Will keep this bag for lighter packouts and use my “bigger” 40L bags for longer trips.
