I did a great deal of online shopping before placing this order. Some of the reviews were negative and misleading. This is a really great product. As near as I can tell the strap is leather as described and fits my Henry 22lr Carbine perfectly. In fact it required no adjustment at all since I’m 5’10” and not too bulky. As far as I’m concerned you can forget all of the negatives in other reviews and buy this one. Economical and good quality.

This sling is made from very soft pliable leather. The maker says it’s buffalo although I can’t tell one from another. The stitching is well applied and good looking. The hardware included is average quality but fully functional. I installed this on a Ruger 10/22 carbine. It’s a bit long for this weapon but works well. It shipped quickly and was well packed. Overall this is a comfortable high quality item for a reasonable price.
