I use this as a weight vest and for the price cant beat it. It is similar to the 5.11 weight vest but at a 1/3 the price. I have 22lbs in the vest and it has held up great, its comfortable on the shoulders even with the weight and small enough it doesn’t get in the way of your arms moving. Adjusting the size couldn’t be easier, just pull cable out and adjust and reinstall the cable.
