I’ve been using this to carry everything I need for my short hikes. The overall quality looks and feel great. I own other ‘excellent elite spanker’ items and they all seem to have the same quality standard. The 500D Cordura is very durable, YKK zippers are smooth and stitching looks good to me.Front laser cut MOLLE panel which is nice for adding whatever you need, but it’s removable so if it’s not necessary for your use, you can use the Velcro on the front to throw patches or whatever else you want on it. You get Velcro sections on the front MOLLE panel, in the listing you can see they include their “excellent elite spanker” patch there, and you also get a Velcro section on the upper back strap area. There is also a Velcro panel on the inside of the rig, the portion that lays on your chest, and the only reason it’s there seems to be for holding the front panel more securely as the front has little tabs that fold to the back and sit under the back panel.It’s very adjustable and I can only assume it would fit most people. The buckles make everything easier when it comes to putting it on or taking it off.The pockets are plenty spacious, at least for my needs which I already mentioned is for short hikes. I usually bring a small medkit, sunscreen, snack, power bank and firearm. It has plenty of room for the average EDC. If you carry a firearm in your chest rig, I can tell you that it comfortably fits a Glock 19 with a fanny pack holster in the main compartment along with a couple other small items. That’s probably the largest I would choose to throw in it and I prefer to take something smaller like the M&P shield plus. I would have liked to see some way to secure a holster/firearm inside but I can, and will, easily make my own modifications to the main compartment so I can secure a firearm and not have it just loosely sitting in there. This will give me a better grip angle and it won’t just be flopping around inside.Overall, I really like the chest rig. It’s well made, and I can comfortably wear it for a few hours at a time.

Ok, so I did a terrible job with my unboxing video… sorry. But let’s go ahead and do a little better with this review, shall we?Overall, I really like the Excellent Elite Spanker Tactical Multi-Purpose Chest Pack. First of all, hey, ya gotta love a company with a name like Excellent Elite Spanker. Second, they make some good products!I got the black version. It is pretty comfortable to wear and is very practical. It’s better than my other chest rig which is just a little too small for storage. Another thing I like about this is, not only is there more than enough MOLLE implementation, it’s even on the front straps. Also, it comes with a tear away magic panel.Regarding any negatives, there are just a couple. First of all, I hate plastic. I guess it’s standard nowadays, but you’re only as strong as your weakest link and I would say this chest rig’s weakest links are the four main plastic buckles. It’s not a deal breaker… they are actually pretty tough buckles. But still. Also, while I think there is sufficient storage, I noticed that there are no dividers or webbings or small pockets in the main compartments. That’s all fine and good if you only have a couple big items. But if you want to keep a bunch of little things, it’s gonna be hard to find anything quickly. It’ll just be a jumbled mess. (Plus, a pile of stuff in your pack could get a little loud with movement which may be an issue depending on the scenario you’re in. I think it would have been nice to include some low profile bungee straps inside or a couple d-rings. Now, there is a place for a small flashlight, so that’s good… but that’s about it as far as organization goes.Overall, I really love this pack. The quality is spot on – durable nylon, tight stitching, etc. Super impressed and glad I got it! My favorite chest rig (I think I own three. Who knows anymore. LOL)Get this! With a name like Excellent Elite Spanker, it has to be good. 😉

The bag has basically 2 openings that have cavities with no organization on the inside. A little bit more organization pockets sewn in would have been nice. The front pocket is the thinnest of the two so you cant put much in there. Also, the main pocket doesn’t open all the way like a helicon tex numbat would. Thank goodness the label is hook and loop patch that can be removed because the spanker patch is cringe. I cant see myself purchasing this bag at it’s current price-point without the inner organization.
