I have this mounted on a AR 10 308 platform. I works well and handles the recoil fine. The only thing that could be better is if you could tighten down the attachment knob to keep the legs from swinging left to right. I solved this problem with a locking washer. If this would have been addressed at the manufactor I would have given it 5 stars. Over all very pleased with it and would buy it again.
