I’ve been using this belt now for almost two years and its held up great. The PALS (MOLLE) webbing is still sharp and clean, the belt has taken a set for the shape of my hips (but that’s not a bad thing) and the buckle is still smooth and strong. I’ve carried a Beretta 92X, a Glock 34, and now a Springfield Echelon with corresponding 18-21 round magazines for each plus TQ, phone, flashlight, baton, cuffs and a small med kit and its comfortable. I wear a set of duty suspenders to help with that, but I’m middle aged and I’ve got chronic lower back and hip pain for years before I started wearing a gun belt professionally again. These belts are a terrific value, and I’ll go back to a wider (2 inch or wider) belt kicking and screaming. 1.75″ is perfect for a duty belt, especially when it is well built. Easy to adjust the fit within the size chart.

Duty belts sure have changed a lot since I was using them. The inner and outer belt thing is a new concept for me but it works fine, feels comfortable although I worry I got a size too large.

I really like this belt, both inner and outer. It’s sturdy and seems as if it will be durable and long lasting. One word of caution. Order the next size up from what you think you’ll need. I’m 6’7″ and have a 40″ waist and bought the XL (40-42) inch waist. It is right on the cusp of very nearly being too small and a challenge to buckle. So, I ordered the next size up. Hasn’t arrived yet, but, given what I’ve seen so far in the product, I’m confident it will be just right.
