For those of you who follow me for reviews, you know that I have been requesting and testing backpacks and sling bags for the past six months.I needed a bag to carry my insulated beverage bottles and refills, and some other assorted items for work, ear buds, face towel, protein bars, maybe some self-defense items, you know, the essentials.I still cannot figure out how they are calculating the capacity as the majority of the bags were not able to hold a 1-liter and a 1.5L insulated bottle comfortably.Well, this sling bag does, and does even more.The fine designers and engineers at AMHEH got it right, all the way around.The main compartment easily holds the two beverage bottles with sleeves.The outside pockets are larger than the pictures show. The “small” top pocket was able to comfortably hold my fist, so ear buds and gloves will be a piece of cake.Now, cake would easily go into the large, bottom pocket, or any number of other “medium” sized items.The bag does not mess with mesh outside pockets, but instead goes for a veritable cornucopia of molle attachment points.The shoulder strap is wide and comfortable, and the grip handle is large enough to easily grab without being bulky.I would say that the side straps are unnecessary, but other people may be using the bag to carry heavy “tools” and surely wouldn’t want to strain the zippers.The sewing and finish are top notch and you will not find errant threads or poorly sewn joints.If you are looking for a sling bag that can actually meet your day-to-day needs, I can highly recommend this one.
Quasilogical –
I have a few other sling bags from some big-name makers and not so big-name makers and this bag is as nice as some of the better ones. I always look for double stitching and good reinforced stitching in high strain areas and this bag has it. The size is larger than a lot of EDC size ones and could be used for an overnight bag even. The zippers are actually YKK and have siliconized knurls that feel substantial. The shoulder strap has a decent amount of padding for the bags size which makes it very comfortable. The bag can be swung from the back to the front giving you access to all the pockets. There is a secondary strap that you can use if you want to secure it backpack style. You can also transpose the straps if you prefer it over the other shoulder. There is also an adjustable carry space that uses Velcro to let you set it up for your personal style. They provided plenty of MOLLE attachment points in case you need to add a radio pouch or med kit. Overall, this is an extremely well-made bag that’s almost as nice as my MOAB 10.

This is one battle tough sling bag that allows me to carry a tablet and my personal weapon and all my other essentials including my phone with style and comfort of wear. The bag has a well padded shoulder area that really helps to reduce shoulder strain and discomfort. The zippers are of an ultra high quality and work very quietly which is a plus for tactical operations. A great sling bag for carrying essentials while riding a motorcycle, this bag does not disappoint in either quality or function or style. This bag just makes the wearer look cool and I take it everywhere. Well worth the asking price.
