This is a great bag for your first aid gear (not included). It can be attached to your belt or the molle webbing on a backpack or plate carrier. It even has one strap to secure it to your vehicle headrest. I have it attached to a rear bag on my motorcycle. I have zero fear of losing it but I can quickly release one clip and pull the bag free of the Velcro mounting pad. Ingenious. Red cross patch so anyone seeing it will know what it is. Zippers have paracord pulls and operate smoothly. Seems sturdy and well made. Good value at this price.

I know that professional paramedics say all this stuff is not up to snuff, but perhaps it’s better than nothing? I think it’s a decent basic pouch. But I plan to take a class, so I can put together a trauma kit for hunting and range days.

I have more bags of this nature than my wife would like, but this one gets top ratings from me. First, the bag is great for a small med or first aid kit. Especially if you are going somewhere a little rugged. The material it is made of is about one degree shy of being labeled tank armor. [Please excuse my hyperbole here.] It’s very thick and durable material. It has ample space for a small kit and first aid supplies. But the part that is most exciting is that it comes with all the trappings so that you can secure this to your gear/backpack/body etc in pretty much any way you wish. They include it all. Is it overkill? Maybe, but only in a good way. I also think this is a very reasonable price point too.
