First and foremost, I would not consider the color to be OD green, its closer to a Ranger green, but it is very similar to the photo you see. It does come in at a bit higher price than other bags on Tomahawk Tactical Supply Find of a similar size, but the reason is evident upon handling. The higher quality of construction becomes evident when you go hands on with it. Zippers are tight and smooth, the fabric is less crunchy than most and the stitching is well done. The styling features of the bag offer interesting compartmentalization options, good compression straps keep things where they belong, and the shoulder straps offer comfort even when loaded down. This bag is pretty nice and if the color suits you I wouldnt hesitate.

So I grabbed this backpack to take on my son’s most recent scout camping trip. It RAINED and we ended the trip a day early. That said, this backpack endured it all. I love all of the different nooks and crannies and pockets for storage. The zipper is super strong and sturdy. It is amazing how much can fit into a relatively small backpack.

I love this backpack. It has so many useful pockets, including my favorite, the one on the top. I can put the most essential things there, like cellphone, battery pack, keys, etc. for quick access.The backpack feels sturdy and seems to be well-built. It has foam-padded back panel and shoulder strap for extra comfort, especially during long hikes. Side pockets can fit water bottles and can be secured snugly with straps.I’d recommend it in a heartbeat.
