we purchased a couple of these Because we live on a farm out in the country and it’s very very dark at times. And sometimes when we have to go and check our animals, we’d always have to use different flashlights that they really didn’t put out a bright enough light. But this flashlight lit up the entire area. You could see all the animals as they were sleeping. It’s great for checking out predators that may show up on the cameras. It’s great for just about every nighttime need. I highly recommend this flashlight because it gives off a super, super bright light which you can adjust from an extremely wide angle down to a small square. It also features flashing if you can in case of emergency or if you want to lower the light and make it not quite as bright, you can do that. It’s a little on the heavy side, but it’s comfortable. It’s rechargeable, which makes it great and the price we paid for this. It’s a great value for the money we spent. It works extremely well on our farm And when we want to light up an area it’s like daylight. Great to a highly recommended.

How many of us carry a flashlight in our car’s glove compartment for years, only to find that it’s dead when you finally really need it? I just bought a new car, and it came with a USB outlet in the center console. So I thought, why not put a rechargeable flashlight in there, and leave it connected so it’s always got a charge, and is ready to use? Brilliant!That’s where this Grentay rechargeable LED flashlight comes in. I got a 6″ USB C cable for it, and now it lives in my car’s console, alway charging, and always ready for action.It outputs strong, very usable light, and can be focused/zoomed from a tiny bright spot to a wide flood. It has three brightness settings, plus a strobe function for emergencies. The on/off button is backlit to indicate charging status. Grentray claims 10 hours of battery life on a charge… I assume that’s at the lowest brightness setting. I have not tested this claim. The quality of construction is very good, worthy of lights costing much more.I only have one gripe… Grentray claims on this page, and in the instructions that the light may be turned off by holding the power button down for 3 seconds. I have not had any success with this. To turn it off, I must cycle through all of the brightness/flashing modes by repeatedly pressing the power switch until it is off. That’s not extremely convenient. But for a light that is going to sit mostly unused, waiting for an emergency, this is not a deal-breaker for me.I’m happy with this flashlight. We’ll see how it performs long term.
