Mr. C –
i first bought these exact tan gloves, 0.5mm and all that, in feb 2023. today is november 25th, 2024 and i’m still rocking the same pair. they’re a little bit dirty but not a cut or a hole or any sort of malfunction yet and i shoot 9mm and 45acp pistols, weekly. not always with the gloves but when i do wear gloves, it’s these. I’ve used them weed eating, trimming bushes, mowing, moving, if it’s something that a dude does that requires gloves with considerable freedom of movement and a low profile or in my case every job besides winter/deep snow work, these are the ones. hands down. pun intended.they’re made well, out of solid materials that are somehow surprisingly thin and light while being as tough as such things can be. they fit like a glove. that pun was not intended. as i mentioned earlier nary a cut or hole or any sort of manufacturer or material malfunctions have occurred, which is very surprisjng to me because when i first put them on i was sure that i’d have a hole in one, if not both within a few months. here 20 some months later they’re still doin the dang thang.great gloves that are worth every penny of $35 or below. $40 would make me think about it but if i needed them, i’d drop $40, no prob. more than that and it gets more in the, “i’m good” zone for me personally.they’re easily the most used gloves that i have ever owned, without a doubt. and i’m still using them!i sound super excited but i’m not really at all. they’re just dope gloves. i’m purchasing another pair right now because they’re $23 and you read title.

Outstanding gloves, these are in the lighter side so keep that in mind. Mesh backing more akin to synthetic fabric material. Breath more, slightly tighter fit. Good grip. Durability kinda depends on what you’re doing with them. Overall very good gloves.

I work in a warehouse, so I needed a good pair of vented gloves that would resist cuts from cardboard and keep my hands from drying out. I used to have a different pair of specialty vent gloves from Mechanix (the white and silver pair) but I couldn’t find those for sale again. I stumbled upon these Mechanix vent gloves and chose the tan version over black because of their similarity to the color of cardboard and to match my hiking boots. I have no complaints with these gloves, they’re very comfortable and the fit is perfect. I haven’t had any cuts on my fingers since I bought them, and the vented material keeps my hands from getting sweaty. They work surprisingly well with my smartphone screen, I can type perfectly fine.Highly recommended in either color depending on use case (the black ones would be better for automotive work as the tan ones would become stained by dust and grease quickly).I took these pictures about 5 days after receiving them, and they still look excellent after full time warehouse work.
