The measurements that they provide are a little weird, but it’s made of a durable enough canvas. I’m not a fan of the catch system, but that’s a hindsight thing. I would still but again.

I am very pleased with the quality of this and it will easily fit items that are up to 42 to 43 in long. This is not at the same sturdiness quality you would find in military gear because it is held to a much higher standard. However, for civilian purposes it looks like it’s going to last a few years. It is definitely not meant to be dragged along airport floors or the like so you need to be very careful about keeping it off the ground. The sewing appears to be excellent and the hasp assembly is very strong.I am very pleased with it. It would be nice if some of these companies would just dig out some of the old military specifications for duffel bags and simply copy those.
