The Rucker straps are wide, reinforced, and extra padded to create the smoothest possible rucking experience. To build the straps, two premium high-density polyethylene foams are heat laminated together to form a permanent bond. The interior foam provides superior cushioning against your shoulder, and the exterior foam provides outstanding durability and impact resistance.
- HIGH AND STABLE WEIGHT – Keeping the Ruck Plates high on your back, stable, and evenly distributed puts you in the best position to gain strength while rucking. The elevated Ruck Plate pockets keep the weights from bouncing around the bottom of your bag, and lets you scale up to 75LBs of Ruck Plates (we recommend starting 20LB).
- BACK SUPPORT: Raised padding along the bottom of the Rucker provides ergonomic lumbar support that protects your spine and helps to brace your core. The back panel’s 210D Cordura fabric is smooth and moves with you instead of rubbing against your clothes. Closed-cell foam repels moisture to prevent sweat and rain from damaging your ruck. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I love this thing. I’m around 6”1, 200 pounds and it fits perfectly. Seems very sturdy and high quality. Lifetime guarantee too. If you’re serious about rucking, just go with this. Stick with it and it’s cheaper in the long run.

Quality and craftsmanship were immediately recognizable. My rucks have been completely improved since I switched from my old backpack. It’s better than I expected and I was expecting it to be great. Immediately ordered the hydration bladder, hose clip and s-clip from their website. Would have bought the bag directly from them but I had the points so might as well get it free. I bought the 30# plate with it and it fits great. I used a 5# regular barbell plate to increase the weight and it fit perfectly in the other pocket with zero movement or issues. Looking forward to logging some serious miles with this baby!
