I have been lifting and training hard rucking for 38 yrs. As a result my build is not average and buying any clothing is very difficult. All of the CQR products that I have purchased fit perfectly (Pants, shorts, long sleeve shirts and now 3 of these T Shirts). Generally I wear a Large to Extra Large and the chest, shoulders and arms are very tight with a massive amount of material left in the gut. With the CQR shirts they fit properly across my chest and arms for freedom of movement and real comfort.You can wear them out and not look like you sized down to show off. Much rather have a proper fitting shirt and blend in vs stand out.
